1. Check the PlayStation™Network status page for any server issues.
2. If possible, try connecting to the internet using a wired connection.
3. Turn off and unplug your console.
4. Turn off your router / modem, wait at least 5 minutes, then restart your router / modem.
5. Plug your console back in and restart it.
