As soon as I contacted them about my PS3 , they responded within 5 minutes. All my questions were answered and I was also given a rough estimate (it helped that I could share a video of what the problem was).
In 20 minutes they had ordered a pick up since I lived far away. They kept me updated about when they received my console, to what extra services had to be done (again giving me an exact price)! They finished the work in about 3 hours.

My PS4 optical drive parts were not in Exact Position to run the disc normally, so I had to visit the shop to check on it. The service person worked on the issue and fixed it within 20mins. Now I’m able to use the optical drive again and it works perfectly. Thank you for the service!!!
