2. Scope of Services

ConsoleFixit Pvt Ltd provides:

  • Gaming console repairs

  • Controller repairs

  • Chip-level service

  • Software troubleshooting

  • Hardware upgrades and part replacement

  • Pickup & delivery (where applicable)

  • Consultation and diagnosis

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.


3. Diagnosis & Inspection

  • All devices undergo a mandatory inspection to identify faults.

  • Diagnosis fees may apply depending on the device type.

  • Estimated repair costs are shared before proceeding with service.

  • Customers must approve the cost before repair begins.


4. Repair Approval

  • Repairs are initiated only after written or verbal approval from the customer.

  • Approval via WhatsApp, email, SMS, or signed form is considered valid consent.

  • After approval, cancellation is not allowed unless mutually agreed.


5. Warranty Policy

  • Warranty is provided only on the service performed, not on entire devices.

  • Warranty duration varies depending on the type of repair or part replaced.

  • Physical damage, liquid damage, burns, unauthorized repair attempt, or misuse voids the warranty.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Accidental damage

    • Firmware updates done by customer

    • Third-party repair attempts

    • Overheating due to dust or improper ventilation


6. Parts & Replacement

  • ConsoleFixit uses genuine or high-quality compatible parts based on availability.

  • Customers will be informed about the type of part used before installation.

  • Old parts removed during repair will not be returned unless requested during approval.


7. Service Time

  • Repair timelines are estimated and may vary due to part availability or device condition.

  • ConsoleFixit is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, logistics, or unforeseen technical limitations.


8. Data & Backup Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data.

  • ConsoleFixit is not responsible for any loss of game data, accounts, saved progress, or user profiles.


9. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made after repair completion and before device handover or delivery.

  • We accept UPI, Card, Bank Transfer, and Cash.

  • No credit or post-paid facility is provided unless approved in writing.


10. Pickup & Delivery Policy

  • Pickup & delivery is subject to availability and serviceable areas.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors.

  • ConsoleFixit is not responsible for transit damage caused by courier or logistics partners.

  • Customers must check the device at the time of delivery.


11. Unclaimed Devices

  • Devices not collected within 45 days after repair completion will be considered abandoned.

  • ConsoleFixit reserves the right to dispose of or recycle such devices to recover service costs.


12. Liability Limitations

ConsoleFixit is not liable for:

  • Minor scratches or cosmetic wear during repair handling

  • Pre-existing issues not identified during diagnosis

  • Device failure unrelated to the approved repair

  • Loss of accessories not submitted with proper documentation

Maximum liability is limited to the service charge paid by the customer.


13. Customer Obligations

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate device information

  • Disclose previous repair history

  • Respond promptly for approvals

  • Maintain proof of payment and job card

  • Inspect the device upon delivery or pickup


14. Website Usage Terms

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Upload harmful or malicious content

  • Copy or reuse website content without permission

  • Attempt to hack, modify, or interrupt website functionality


15. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is protected as per our Privacy Policy.
